The biggest enhancement to this revamp is the launch of our Referral Exchange.

To get started, the first step in sending a referral is to SIGN your 2025 MRNI Agreement. The next step is to register any referrals that you receive during the year on the MRNI Referral Portal. You can indicate your preferred agent within the company, or we’d be happy to assist in selecting an agent for you. Additionally, we are pleased to offer the opportunity to earn on outbound referrals nationwide, not just local ones. Once a referral is sent, the receiving agent will begin interacting with the client. Note the receiving referral agent if in the BHGKC company will receive their payout based on their commission split. As soon as a transaction is completed and the referral check is received, you will benefit from our tiered payout structure: 75% for your first referral, 85% for your second, and an impressive 95% for your third referral of the referral check received in that calendar year.
